Whether you are recovering from major surgery, childbirth, or plastic surgery, our compassionate caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery. We also service individuals who has just had surgery, even POST Plastic Surgery care.

Do not worry you don't pay anything in the Home Community Based Services, Community. Your service will be billed to your insurance weekly. Thank you for the opportunity to service you!

Personal Care Services

Support with daily personal hygiene tasks to promote dignity and independence.

  • Bathing Assistance – Bed baths, showers, or tub support
  • Dressing & Grooming – Help with clothing, combing, shaving, and appearance
  • Toileting & Incontinence Care – Discreet bathroom assistance and personal hygiene
  • Mobility Assistance – Transferring, repositioning, walking support, range-of-motion help
  • Feeding Assistance – Non-clinical help with meals for clients who require it

Homemaker Services

 Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy living environment.

  • Light Housekeeping – Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping
  • Laundry & Linen Changes – Washing, drying, folding, bed changes
  • Kitchen Support – Cleaning counters, dishes, organizing pantry 
  • Bathroom Sanitation – Non-toxic surface cleaning, trash disposal 
  • Bed Making & Room Tidiness

Homemaker services do not include deep cleaning, moving heavy furniture, or hazardous waste cleanup.

Errands & Grocery Shopping

 Helping clients maintain independence with essential daily tasks.

  • Medication Pickups (non-administration)
  • Grocery & Household Shopping 
  • Mail Retrieval and Post Office Runs 
  • Dry Cleaning or Personal Items Pick-up
  • Prescription Drop-offs & Pick-ups

Caregivers do not handle financial transactions on behalf of the client unless under authorized representative agreements.

Companion Care

 Providing emotional support, social interaction, and light help with daily routines.

  • Conversation & Social Engagement
  • Playing Games, Reading, Watching TV Together
  • Meal Companionship – Sitting with clients during meals
  • Monitoring General Well-being – Noting changes in mood, behavior, or environment
  • Safety Supervision – Especially for individuals with cognitive impairments

Meal Planning & Preparation

 Nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.

  • Meal Preparation – Following dietary guidelines, soft diets, diabetic-friendly, etc.
  • Grocery List Creation – Based on preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Light Cooking & Serving – Non-clinical meal support
  • Assistance with Eating (non-medical)

Medication Reminders ONLY

Due to our Agency acquiring non-MEDICAL licenses, we as well as our associates are required to only remind our clients about their medication. Family members will be asked to come at that time of administrating meds and give the meds directly to our clients. This is an un-ALLOWABLE in just about every State in the United States of America. 

Transportation Services (Assist and Non-Assist)

 

Safe, non-emergency transportation to help clients remain active and connected.

  • Medical Appointments
  • Grocery Stores & Pharmacies
  • Senior Centers & Community Events
  • Salon, Bank, or Personal Errands

Transportation is typically offered as an add-on service and complies with local regulations. Drivers are insured and background-checked.

Caregiver Burn-out (Coming) Family Care only

 Short-term care to allow family caregivers time to rest and recharge.

  • Hourly, Overnight, or Weekend Help
  • Routine Monitoring & Companionship
  • Meal Support & Personal Care During Helping Hour

ADD-ON Services

 These may be offered at a flat or hourly rate:

  • 24/7 Live-in Care
  • Overnight Care (awake/asleep)
  • Holiday or Emergency Care
  • Caregiver Coaching for Family Members and Members of our agency
  • Digital Well-being Monitoring (check-ins, virtual visits, well call checks)
